Booking Terms

Every journey is confirmed through a personalised written quotation describing the itinerary, hotel category, room plan, transport, meals, sightseeing and agreed optional services.

Booking and payment

A 40% advance confirms the booking. The balance amount and payment due date are stated in writing before travel.

Cancellation and refund

• 15 days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival, on the journey start date, after travel begins or for a no-show: no refund.

Cancellation notice must be provided in writing by WhatsApp so the date can be recorded.

Availability and changes

Hotels, guides, language assistance and activities remain subject to availability. Temple conditions, weather, traffic, official restrictions or safety considerations may require reasonable schedule changes.
